Will someone please explain why I am not reading Marion Lignana Rosenberg’s work every day in a newspaper? So asked Charles T. Downey of Ionarts. How about it, editors?

I am looking for work as a staff arts writer. My qualifications? I speak three languages, with a fourth in the works. I write beautifully and blog as well as anyone.

(I see no reason for false modesty given all the fugly, poorly coded, and illiterate blogs out there.)

What’s more, though I am by no means a developer, I am handy with HTML and CSS, a whiz at image editing and optimization, and a skilled designer. My academic background (in comparative literature and theatre and opera history) is strong, too.

Why not do yourself and your readers a favor and hire me?
